The Valley of Flowers
Discovered in 1931, the Valley of Flowers has enthralled trekkers and mountaineers alike for nearly a century. Its beauty is unparallel and leaves all who look upon it speechless. When the valley is in full bloom walking along its paths is akin to walking on an unending carpet of flowers.
It is home to some of the rarest species of flowers that can only be found in the state of Uttarakhand and some that are only found in this valley. It is also home to animals like the Asiatic Black Bear and the elusive Snow Leopard.
Hemkund Sahib
Hemkund Sahib located at a height of over 15000 feet is one of the holiest pilgrimage places for the Sikhs and also has a Gurudwara. It is believed that the 10th guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji meditated here and the Gurudwara here is dedicated to him.

It's RIDE #75, Register now!!
We don't need to say more! For the Musafirs, this destination – Silvassa – is synonymous with dhamaal and masti of a level that no other destination offers. Even those Musafirs who have not been on any of the previous five Silvassa rides have heard stories that over a period of time have become folklore. And given this history, what better place to do our SEVENTY-FIFTH ride?
And we are an accommodating bunch – even if you've not done a single ride with the Musafirs, you will be welcomed with open arms. The flat eight-lane tarmac of NH8 will be a delight for most of us – especially after the ghat-o-logy ride to wai we did on 23rd July.
Oh… and the cottages type accommodation is on the banks of the serene Madhuban Reservoir where, if you wish to, you can get yourself a shikara and just sail into peacefulness.
Also, it is not a riders-only ride – our pillions have even more fun with "shoot-at-sight" orders. So while you have a big grin on your face watching the single/twin line formation of motorcycles, your pillion is busy doing klick-klickaat.
Assembly Timings:
Pune Chapter: 5:30 AM Dehu Road Bypass Junction (Route: Lonavala – Panvel – Ghodbunder-NH8)
Mumbai Chapter: 6:00 AM Eternity Mall, Thane (Location: https://goo.gl/uMZjia)
7:00 AM Hotel Fountain, Mira-road – ghodbunder junction, NH8
The Moolah:
INR 2250/- (For members)
INR 2500/- (For non-members) – Click to avail MEMBERSHIP – http://www.themusafirs.com/musafirs-membership/
Includes:
> Sharing Accommodation*
> Break-down vehicle.
> Reflective Bibs
> Veg/Non Veg Meals
> Breakfast
> Parking charges, if any
> Sightseeing entry charges, if any
Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.
The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.
Don't wait for your friends to agree to join you… biking does not appeal to everyone and you may end up missing the smaller pleasures of life if you wait for your friends.
Steps to Register for the Ride:
Step 1
Call the Crew / Coordinators on the numbers mentioned at the end to express your interest in joining the ride and check for Slot Availability. (Contact with any other person will not be regarded as Slot Confirmation)
Step 2
Transfer the Booking Amount (Non Refundable) of Rs 1000 (For Non Members)to:
Beneficiary Name: M/s MUSAFIRS MOTORCYCLE TOURS PVT LTD
Account Type: Current Account
Account Number: 593011012667
IFSC Code: KKBK0000958 (Kotak Mahindra Bank)
Step 3
Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM – http://www.themusafirs.com/registration-for-silvassa-ride-75/
We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better off riding with some other riding group.
Let's ride… Let's Enjoy… Let's BE A MUSAFIR!
Crew Members:
Musafir Nicc – 9819 897 843
Musafir Shona – 9821 178 718
