Programme Details:
05:30 pm to 06:00 pm : Climbing Bhagirathi – III by Debabrata Mukherjee.
Mt. Bhagirathi-III (6454 m) lies between the Gangotri and Vasuki glacier in the Garhwal Himalaya. Until 2014 the peak was attempted only by the foreign teams and via its Western and South Western routes from Gangotri glacier. Pathajatra Club of Kolkata and IMF jointly launched this expedition with five members from IMF during the post-monsoon to climb the peak by the north ridge (IMF route) from its eastern side to register the maiden Indian ascent.
06:00 pm to 06:30 pm : First Ascent of Peak 6060 in Lahaul by Savarkar Mountaineering Club.
In the month of July - August 2015, 7 member team of Savarkar Mountaineering Club from Mumbai under the leadership of Devendra Gadre made the first ascent of Peak 6060m in Himachal Pradesh. They dedicated their climb to legendary freedom fighter Vinayak Savarkar.

06:45 pm to 07:15 pm - Exploration of Ryong Kharu valley by Divyesh Muni.
A team of six climbers sponsored by The Himalayan Club under the leadership of Divyesh Muni, explored Ryong Kharu valley and Sagtogpa glacier of the eastern Karakoram. They achieved two first ascents (P. 6195 m and Sagtogpa Kangri - 6305 m) and also made the first crossing of Sagtogpa col (5915 m) into Rongdo valley thus linking Shyok and Nubra valleys.
07:15 pm to 07:45 pm - Climbing of Peak Nalini by Giripremi.
Peak 5260 was the destination for a team of seven young mountaineers of Giripremi. Under the leadership of Anand Mali, the team attempted the climb to unnamed and unclimbed mountains in the vicinity of Humpta Pass. The team had established the summit camp at the base of final summit gully when bad weather struck and they had to return to base camp. After two days the climb began again. All seven members reached the summit on 28th June 2015. To honour the dedication and contribution of Mrs. Nalini Sengupta towards mountaineering over the past 30 years, Giripremi named this peak as Peak Nalini.
07:45 pm to 08:15 pm : Climb of Mt. Menthosa (6443 m) by Sahyadri Adventure Club.
In the month of August 2015, 14 member team from Sahyadri Adventure Club (SAC) organised expedition to Mt. Menthosa, situated in Lahaul Himalayas. Despite bad weather on the crucial days, 8 members successfully climbed the peak. The team will narrate their story of climbing Mt. Menthosa.
