Been there, done that – motorcycled through the Leh circuit? Feeling overwhelmed with a sense of achievement? Well, hardcore motorcycle enthusiasts will rate it nothing more than just A BUMPY RIDE IN THE PARK. A feeling you'll relate to, only when you experience the next level.
Never Settle. Quench your thirst for motorcycling and take it UP A NOTCH!
This August, the Musafirs Motorcycle Club's expedition to the untamed, unpredictable Spiti Valley makes you do just that. Led by Musafir Nicc (read about him here), this expedition is not for the faint hearted. It is for those hardened motorcyclists who seek solace riding in to off-beat, non-commercial, virgin locations. This Musafirs ride to Spiti offers just that – unparalleled beauty, thrill and adventure in the Himalayas – and mind you – the route we choose passes through the World's Most Trecherous Roads.
The ride starts on 20th August from Chandigarh – transport your bikes there from any part of India or just ride up all the way. It is the Musafirs promise that the next 10 days will be an experience like never before – etched in your memory forever – one that will make you smile even in your afterlife ride to heaven. Explore Spiti while it is virgin – before it gets so touristy that your roadside chat vendor opens up a bhelpuri stall there.
Words, no matter how well written, cannot describe the experience one could have when riding this circuit. We ride through Sangla, visit the Tabo monastery founded in 996 CE, get mesmerized by the beauty of chandratal, pass through Komic – the highest village in Asia, seek blessings at Gue which houses the 500+ year old mummy of a Buddhist monk, ride through the "Chhota Dhara," a river crossing which by no means is "Chhota", pass through glaciers and ride between snow-capped peaks and do much more. The ride ends in Manali on 30th August (stay included).
In tow will be a support vehicle to pull you through difficult situations and load your motorcycles in case of a breakdown so that you have complete Peace of Mind and focus only on conquering the terrain and enjoying your adrenaline spike.
Interested? The ride begins on a Saturday and ends on a Tuesday – so just 7 days chutti from office.
And if you don't have a bike but still want to experience it with the Musafirs, we could try and fit you in our support vehicle.
This ride of 11 days comes for Rs 34.5K (31.5k for Members) – it includes twin sharing accommodations at the best hotels/guesthouse/homestays/swiss tents that the terrain has to offer, all meals, and the charges to watch your back (the breakdown vehicle). You'll also get the Musafirs stickers, the ride t-shirt, reflective vests etc. You could do it on your own or with a regular travel company but with us, the biggest inclusion is the EXPERIENCE of doing it with the EXPERIENCED. (Click here for our Spiti ride pictures from last season)

Still Interested? Give a shout. We'll be more than glad to answer all your 732 questions and walk you through the ride and confirmation process.
PS: We’ve started accepting credit cards.
Godspeed!
