Yes we going to do camping at cliff of "Konkan Kada " 3500 Feet above from sea level which is 2-3 hrs trek from Pachnai route .   About Konkan kada : The Kokan kada is the major attraction of Harishchandragad. This cliff is not only vertical but also over-hanged like a hood of a cobra. This nature architecture is beyond description. About the Tour:  Naneghat is a mountain pass in the Western Ghats range near Junnar in Pune district of Maharashtra, India. The pass was extensively used as a trade route between Kalyan and Junnar. This was the most important trade route, as it connected harbour of Sopara and Kalyan directly to Junnar and Paithan. The name nane means "coin" and ghat means "pass".The name is given because this path was used as a tollbooth to collect toll from traders crossing the hills. While going through Malshej Ghat, we can easily get a glimpse of Naneghat after Murbad. The significantly shaped thumb-like peak and the pinnacle of Vandarlingi are the most distinctly seen spots. Jivadhan is one of the famous trek in Junner district like Hadsar, Chavand, Nimgiri, Shivneri. Naneghat but as compare these treks Jivdhan is difficult one . height of the fort 3757 Feet from the sea level. Jivdhan also play role of guard to the Satvahan kalin trade route Naneghat because at that time Naneghat was important trade route which connecting Konkan to Ghathmatha and its necessary to provide security to these traders and good which they are transporting. This fort was destroyed by Britishers in year 1815 . WSR Trek to Harishchandragad Via Nalichi Vaat on 20th & 21st February 2016   Short info: Trek: Harishchandra Gad via Nalichi Vaat. Date: 20th feb 2015 night to 21st feb 2016 evening Region: Malshej. Height: 4500 ft. (approx.) Grade: Medium. Base Village: Savrne - Bel Pada Village. Cost: Rs 1600/- per head.   It includes: - travelling from Kalyan to kalyan by local vehicles like ST/Jeep, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch-Sun & 1 dinner-Sat. Not Included: - Insurance and any other things which is not mention above.   About: Harishchandragad: The fort is quite ancient, considered to be from the medieval period.  The various Puranas (ancient scriptures) like Matsyapurana, Agnipurana and Skandapurana include many references about Harishchandragad. The Great sage Changdev (creator of the epic Tatvasaar) used to meditate on Taramati/Rohidas in 14th century. The caves are also from the same period. Harishchandra gad was captured by the Marathas in 1747 from the Moguls. Taramati: Also known as Taramanchi. This is the top most point on the fort. It is the second highest peak in Maharashtra after kalsubai. Leopards are seen in the forests beyond this peak. From here we can have a glimpse of the whole range of Naneghat and the forts near Murbad and Napta twin peaks,Ghodishep (865 meters),Ajoba (1375 meters),Kulang fort (1471 meters)in the north near the Kasara region. Konkan Kada (Konkan cliff): The most fascinating spot on this fort is this cliff, which has always fascinated many people from many years. The cliff faces west and looks down upon the Konkan with a breathtaking view of the surrounding region and sunset. This cliff is not just vertical; it is an overhang, almost like a cobra's hood. One amazing phenomenon that can be observed at this place is the vertical cloud burst, in which the clouds nearing the cliff get sucked into the pit fall area below are thrown vertically into the sky reaching more than 50 feet (15 m). Formerly known as Murumdev, it was capital of the Maratha Kingdom (Hindavi Swarajya) ruled by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for almost 26 years, after which he moved to Raigad fort and made that his capital. The fort can be divided into four different parts based on geographical terrain and fortification.
