Wanderingsoulriders invite you all for Tour to Rann Of Kutch Utsav ( Batch - 2 ) From 21st to 26th February 2015.  ( For Bike Ride Tour of this event please contact Team WSR)   Just a Brief Info: Rann of Kutch is a large area of salt marshes located in mostly in Sindh, Pakistan and the western tip of Gujarat, India. It is divided into two main parts; Great Rann of Kutch and Little Rann of Kutch. The Rann of Kutch is the only large flooded grasslands zone in the whole Indo-Malayan region of the planet. The fact that the area has desert on one side and the sea on the other provides the Rann of Kutch with a variety of ecosystems, including mangroves and desert vegetation.At night, an unexplained strange dancing light phenomena known locally as ChirBatti (ghost lights) occurs in the Rann.    The Itinerary for the event will be as follows: Day 0 – (Sunday, 21st February 2016) Catch Kutch express ( 19131 ) from BDTS at 17:00. WSR Star Gazing at Mahuli on 06th February 2016   Event Partner: Amateur Astronomy Club Registration closing: 06th February 2016 Charges: Rs.250/- including stargazing, evening snacks, 3 teas, rent of site & WSR Charges. The program starts at 7.00 pm (IST) in the evening and runs up to 4.30 am (IST) next morning. The general outline of the programme is as follows: Date: Saturday 06th February 2016 Venue: Patil Farm, Mahuli Village ENTRY by Advance Booking ONLY   Instructions for participants: 1. Carry warm cloths 2. Carry extra mat/carpet to lie down to relax while in the journey through the cosmos 3. Carry a torch, covered with red gelatine  4.
