Explore the magical Sandhan Valley in Monsoon !!
Short Info: Sandhan valley is one of the greatest canyons in the Sahyadri mountain ranges. It is a very good combination of a canyon and a valley. Located in the Nagar district, near the famous fort Ratangad, Sandhan valley is undoubtedly The Valley of Suspense. Walking through the narrow streak of valley with 300 ft rock walls on both the sides is a lifetime experience. Descending full Sandhan valley is a Memorable thing one can ever forget.
Duration : 2 Nights / 2 Days

Outing Schedule:
Day-0 14th June, 2013. Leave from Mumbai around 11.30 pm (meeting Points at Dadar & Thane)
Day-1 15th June, 2013: Reaching Samrad By 5:00 am. Rest till dusk. Get up by 7:00am. Breakfast. By 9:00 am Proceed to Explore Sandhan valley. Experience the thrill as well as natural light & sound show in the valley. Back to Tents at Camping Place. Lunch.Post lunch Rest. By 4:00 pm proceed towards Water reservoir for Fun. Start cooking food by 6:30 pm. Self Cooking Dinner. Overnight Stay in Tents.
Day-2 16th June, 2013: After breakfast proceed towards Kokankada at Samrad. Later leave for Amruteshwar Temple and Bhandardara. Lunch at Bhandardara. Proceed towards Kasara Rly Stn by jeep (local transport)

- Transportation from Mumbai to Mumbai by private transport-Non ac

Note: We are going to do Camping at Samrad (base of Sandhan Valley). We are not going to descend Sandhan Valley Completely.
