It has gardens, a nursery, lakes, an observation pavilion, picnic facilities, and milk plants. The colony is spread over 16 square kilometres (4,000 acres) and is located off the Western Express Highway. Among the attractions in it are Chhota Kashmir with a lake and a picnic spot. Peb Fort is situated on northeast side of Panvel on  Mumbai-Pune road at a distance of 3-4 km on west side of Neral. This is the most beautiful one-day trek. The fort is also named as 'VikatGad'.  We can clearly see the ridge connecting mountains of Matheran and Peb.
