About Anjaneri: Anjaneri Mountain, around 20km from Nasik, near Trimbakeshwar, is the birthplace of Hindu God Hanuman. A temple dedicated to Anjani, mother of Hanuman is located here. The temple attracts more than 100, 000 devotees during Hanuman Jayanti. The place also attracts large crowd on Tuesdays and Saturdays. A temple of Baby Hanuman with mother Anjani is seen at the last point of the trek. Apart from being a place of religious importance, it is also popular among trekkers . About Lohagad Fort:Located about 89 km from Mumbai and 68 km from Pune is one of the best built forts of the Maratha Empire. At a height of 3,450 feet above sea level lies this pre-British era marvel of Indian history called Lohagad Fort. Kulang Fort Kulang Fort in Kalsubai Mountain Range offers the longest and highest climb from the base to the top amongst any other fort in the Sahayadris. Most favourite mountain destination of tourist from all across India._________________________________________________Date: March 3rd to 6th, 2016Level: Easy.Height: 2260 mt (7414ft).Route: Naggar – Rumsu – Pulag –Chichogi – Manali.Cost: Rs. 6000/- per person._________________________________________________Brief Itinerary:Day 1: Receiving at Naggar, freshening up and breakfast. Trek to Rumsu Base camp .Day 2: Trek to Pulag village and back to base camp.
