The ride will traverse the picturesque coasts of three states -Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka -with more than 100 motorbike-bound youths embarking on it from January 30 to February 17. The riders have, significantly, chosen to take no name expect calling themselves `mavalas' (historically, the soldiers of Shivaji's armies). Drive coordinator Sandeep Maind shared . "Till date, our group has undertaken four such bike rides in the past, with the objective of reliving our history and making today's youth aware of their responsibilities to build our nation. This year, the ride will last for 19 days, going along the coastal lines of three states and visiting 73 villages, 31 coastal forts, 20 land forts and right forts inside the sea, surrounded by water."
