We are thrilled to announce to you a Rappelling event where you shall get an opportunity to set foot on land where no one has ever set foot.
We are looking out for fellow adventurer’s who are willing to join us on this new endeavor.

Height : 360+ ft First Rappelling, 400+ft lateral traverse, 250+ft Second Rappelling.

![Shalom Adventures Rappelling Expedition to No Mans Land]()
On a recent personal trip to Lonavala, we saw a thrilling site from the expressway, a quaint but massive waterfall in the Khandala Canyon Valley. Many of our fellow adventurer’s may have trekked in this area and could be familiar with the falls.
The initial behemoth of a wall that is visible from the Expressway, Which has a drop of 360+ feet, ends in a small pond and then comes a 400 feet decline of untouched land in between the two falls. There lies the final wall of the second waterfall of about 250+ Feet (estimated).
Many of our fellow trekkers could have already trekked to the base of the second falls; a dedicated route exists from here to back to civilization, the trek is for about 2-3 hours along the picturesque Cannon Valley.
Our schedule shall be as follows:
EVENT starts on Saturday 11th May, 11:00 PM.
2300 hrs: Start from Mumbai, Kurla east, Station.
0100 hrs: Reach Top Of The falls, Rest & Sleep Till first Light.
0500 hrs: The first participant rappels down the first water fall.
1100 hrs: All Participants Complete First Water Fall, Lunch on NO MANS LAND & 30 Min's Rest
1200 hrs: Start to rappel Final Water Fall.
1400 hrs: All Participants Finish Rappelling
2000 hrs: All Participants trek to the top of the valley.
2300 hrs: All Participants reach Mumbai (subject to traffic)

Above cost shall include
Traveling to and from Mumbai.
Breakfast and one snack
2 Rappelling patches as mentioned above.
All technical gear and equipment.
The above cost shall excludes any other expense, other the aforementioned list.

Things to be carried:
A Backpack / Haversack appropriate for a one day hike.
Minimum 4 liters of water (Mandatory)
Pack lunch to be carried.
chocolates/tit-bits, chikki etc. etc.
Trekking shoes( Compulsory)
Full track pants, Full t-shirt( to avoid bee attacks, insect bites, etc, half sleeved t-shirts, 3/4ths are not allowed for safety reasons)
Sleeping bag or a Blanket.
Torch with extra set of batteries (mandatory)
Odomos, sun screen, Cap, Sun glasses, etc as required.
Personal medicines required to be carried.

This is an adventure activity / expedition not a leisure activity and everyone is required to follow rules & regulations of Shalom Adventures.
No prior experience or training is required.
Please note consumption of liquor is prohibited during treks / events with Shalom Adventures.
Cancellation Policy
=> If cancellation done 30 days prior to event 0% deducted.
=> If cancellation done 15 days prior to event 25% deducted.
=> If cancellation done 10 days prior to event 50% deducted.
=> If cancellation done 7 days prior to event NO REFUND
=> Replacement can be done. No charges for the same.
Caution: Rappelling can be enjoyed by any person on or above 10 years.
