Second Rappelling camp in the Unknown Valley on 25, 26, 27, 28 December 2014 - ( MTDC Waterfall - रेठीचा झुरा)

Hi friends,

Last year we explored New (unexplored) beautiful valley in Malshej Ghat region, called MTDC Waterfall valley. Local name is Rethicha Zura (रेठीचा झुरा)

Location : Near MTDC, Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra, INDIA

This year, we are conducting SECOND Rappelling camp in Christmas vacation

There are total Four batches :
Batch one -    25th Dec 2014  leave Mumbai/Pune on 24th night.
Batch two -    26th Dec 2014  leave Mumbai/Pune on 25th night.
Batch three -  27th Dec 2014  leave Mumbai/Pune on 26th night.
Batch four -    28th Dec 2014  leave Mumbai/Pune on 27th night.

Camp duration : One day
Batch size : 50

Camp fee : Rs 2300/=
Camp fee includes transportation, breakfast, equipment, expertise & high risk individual accidental insurance.

Booking amount : Rs 800/= (non-refundable)

Age limit : above 14 years

As this is not tough but enjoyable camp, newcomers are also welcome.

Note : Heart, blood pressure and diabetic patients as well as overweight person (above 85 kg) are not allowed.

Camp Schedule :

Day 1 : Previous day night (i.e. 24th Dec for first batch)
Leave Mumbai at 8 pm and Pune at 11:00 pm
Day 2  :  Camp day (i.e. 25th Dec for first batch)
Reach Khubi village (Malshej Ghat) at around 3 am
Rest for 3 hours

Distribution of Kit
There are total 5 rappelling patches - total rappelling is around 600'
Lunch break in between (pl bring pack lunch)
Return journey will start at 6:00 pm
Reach Mumbai/Pune at 10:30 pm
Things to carry  :
Pack lunch, Two liters of water, trekking or sports shoes with good grip, extra pair of socks, extra pairs of clothing, snacks, torch and personal medical kit.

Valuable articles are not permissible
Keep the camp site clean & force others to do so
Please note that this area is under the jurisdiction of Govt of Maharashtra, Forest Department and you are bind to it's rules and regulations

Leaving your garbage (empty bisleri bottles also) at camp site is not allowed. Bring extra polythene bags for your garbage and take it at your home for proper disposal. We are not going to provide you dust bin at camp site. Please stick to this rules.
Disposable materials like Styrofoam or paper dish, glass or  bowl are not allowed. Instead of these, bring what you are using at home
Smoking and Drinking not allowed

Everyone has to follow the instructions of Camp In-charge & instructors
No shortcut in the trek
You are coming on your own risk

Your seat will be confirmed only after payment of booking amount.
Booking amount Rs 800/- (per head) which is non-refundable.
