An amazing thing about this peak is its twin-forked top. It also has a natural rock-hole between the two pinnacles. Its Batman-like appearance cannot be missed by travellers on the Panvel-Karjat road. A village called Vishalwadi is located on the upper plateau - the final climb starts from here. The route upto the needle-hole involves a ladder and some rock patches.
