About:
Fort Peb is situated on northeast side of Panvel, on Mumbai - Pune road, at a distance of 3-4 km on west side of Neral. This is the most beautiful one-day trek. But there is a dense forest on the way to the fort Peb. The fort is also named as ‘Vikatgad’. Historical references clearly indicate that Shivaji Maharaj used the caves on the fort as silos for grain storage.

07:20 Report at Neral railway station
08:00 Introduction, Breakfast in Neral
08:30 Start trek towards Peb Fort,
11:00 Reach on top of Peb Fort.
12:30 Lunch on Peb Fort & explore Fort
14:30 Start descending from fort.
18:00 Reach Neral.
18:00 Disperse at Neral Railway Station.
Things to carry
1. Haversack and sweater/wind cheater to keep hands free, water bottle 3lts.
2. Ready to eat food, like plum cakes, chocolate bar, some snacks & biscuits etc.
3. Camera (Optional), please avoid wearing Gold and other jewelry (at own risk)
4. Electoral or Enerzyl Powder or Glucon D powder.
5. Personal medicines. Please do not carry handbags or jolas for this trek.
6. Good trekking shoes, Extra Pair of Clothes.
7. Please carry your personal tea mugs, spoon and a small Swiss-knife.

We shall be in Mumbai around 18:00 Hrs (Subjective) The cost of the Trek will be Rs. 450.00 per person.
