Short info:-
Amba (Dist.Kolhapur) at the height of 3000 ft asl is nestled deep in the Western Ghats, recently awarded the World Heritage Status. It is located on NH204, on top of Amba ghat, almost exactly between Kolhapur and Ratnagiri cities of Maharashtra. It is easily accessible from Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Panaji and Goa. Amba is a reserve forest and falls in the buffer zone of Sahyadri Tiger Reserve and Dajipur Bison Sanctuary.The location Amba Ghat is quite well known for its beautiful natural surrounding and pleasant cool weather. This is the reason large number of national and international tourists are visiting this tourist centre almost in every season.

14th August:
Late night (11 pm ) departure from Mumbai towards Amba, Kolhapur.
15th August:
Early morning arrival at Amba. Check in and have break fast. Rest till the noon. Post lunch, rest & relax until time for Local sight-seeing. By 4 pm get ready for the Half Day Local sightseeing for the Tea Plantation in Maharashtra State, Visit to the Scenic Manoli Dam, enjoy the sunset from Amba Ghat. Return back to resort for a refreshing cup of tea.Evening free for the indoor and outdoor games. Post Dinner, will start with our night Jungle trail.Overnight stay at Resort.
16th August:
Have breakfast and depart for the Pawankhind Safari which includes Nature walk / trek in the Jungles, visit to Manoli Dam, Waghzara, Konkan Point, Echo Point and Pawankhind, which has its historical importance from the Era of The Shivaji Maharaj.By noon, enjoy the Vanabhojan. Evening is free to visit the ghats or surrounding local village.
Post Dinner, lights off to sleep.
17th August:
Early morning we will be leaving for one more Jungle trail. Back to resort for breakfast and check out. En-route Lunch, Reach Mumbai by evening.
