Short Info:Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best forests in Maharastra sheltering numerous wild and illusive creatures!! It is very reach in all types of Flora and Fauna, the serpents being most spectacular findings. The sanctuary is popular for a frequent presence of MALABAR GIANT SQUIRREL, a very elegant animal, also the state animal of Maharashtra.
